ok wayne, point taken. All I know is what is shown in the latest SEC filing. I read the document, like everyone else can, and maybe I am misunderstanding something, but, the way I see it they have the 2 million, and have two options.

1) Liquidate and divide the cash up amongst the preferred.
2) Seek a business partner, just like the document says.

I guess we will know exactly what the balance sheet shows next filing.

WAYNE: We may have a disagreement as to the degree of risk involved with PCES, but don't you now think that crying "SCAM" like you did was wrong and that a retraction would be appropriate? I respect someone who admits when they are wrong. I think others will also.
