About Skybridge....Last year at this time, Readware suggested that there would be an IPO for Skybridge in 1999. I looked into this and found that there probably wouldn't be an IPO in that time frame. I then looked into buying Alcatel stock as a way to own Skybridge. Each share of ALA (ADR) represents one-fifth of a share in the company in France. I determined that (as of last year anyway) even though ALA has a bigger stake in Skybridge than does LOR, because of the relative size of the 2 companies, one dollar of LOR stock "owns" more Skybridge than does $1 of ALA stock. Perhaps, though, some of the above info has changed during the past year. Regards, Steve Rachbach
