There are 15 million shares outstanding. Does it matter? The stock price has not been all over because of concern over 1.4 million shares.

Just finished catching up on all the postings since yesterdays close. Lots of reading folks. I had my mind made up on the validity of this company when I first invested on 3/2. The only thing that has changed now is that I have become more positive each day. For what it's worth I have a source that indicates who 2 of the 37 companys are. I will not at this time reveal my source or the names of the companys. I don't think it wise because I do not think it would be in the best interest to MRPS during their negotiations. I will say that one of them is the undisputed leader in their field and are global (huge well known co). The other is a major player in their own field. Both are involved in transportation.
Some may not put much credence in this posting because of lack of specifics. I understand that, and that's fine. I am putting it out for whatever one wishes to take from it.

REGARDS, JIM

Yes, the audited financials should be here before month end....if people are worried sick about them, they should probably sell or not buy. Of course there are 2 things you need to consider by that action:

(1) The financials last year reflect what happened 14 months to 2 months ago, not the current 1999 progress.

(2) If the financials are positive (small loss or slight gain) for 1998 with audited share info, etc. then the stock is likely to rise significantly and those that wait will pay a higher price.

So you buy cheap this week or possibly pay much higher prices later.

No question that the brokerage houses that have requested info are forced by their standards to normally wait until proof of audited financials. I look for many more conservative folks to invest in MRPS when that info is out.

If any of you are worried about financial info you should wait too.
