Looks like she broke out! My broker's brother, a broker himself at Goldman in NY will NOT SAY A WORD!!! I think it was Goldman who underwrote the deal and only a couple of weeks ago downgraded it!

I'm in your boat ... had a small position, increased it at 5 1/16,
moved on at 5 3/8 just before run-up. AAGGHHH! I think the catalyst,
besides the favorable court ruling, was the downgrade that didn't cause a further sell-down. Gaps everyday on the upswing, maybe its just trader bait. The selling from 7 to 5 was pretty vicious, maybe it will again present itself.
