On March 1, Anevindo Invest. Advisors filed a form 13 with the SEC which indicates that they now own 1.5 m. of SBAS or 7% of the company. Anybody heard of this company?

Actually, it was Amerindo. I was on opposite sides of them in the past; I was short AVNT, which they own a stake in.

Now that I'm on the same side as them in SBAS, I hope they'll have better luck.
