KAHUNA,

Unlike yourself, I don't have the time to go over all the old posts. I tend to focus on the present and future. As far as I'm concerned the past is history. If you enjoy digging up every post you can find that makes me look bad and makes you look like a financial guru so be it. Whatever floats your boat is just fine with me.

My investment in Vivus was based on Vivus capturing 5 to 10% of the global market of true ED patient and it still is based on that goal.

Back in 1997 an analyst estimated that oral medications would eventually have 90% of a 4 to 5 billion dollar global market and that if Vivus could carve out a 10% niche that this would be considered successful for a small biotech company such a small company. In fact it, was this analysis back in July of 1997 which convinced me to start purchasing Vivus shares after the gap down in December of 1997
I patiently watched Vivus go from 41 7/8 down to 21 and then gap down to 12 before I decided to "nibble" on Vivus shares.

Despite all that has occurred, I still feel on a peer group comparisson that Vivus is a terribly over shorted over sold security and that it has been highly manipulated by the very brokerages that make a market in it.

PS your last little multiple guess thing is useless. Give me the number of those guys who have a coronary after taking Viagra vs those who have a coronary while not on Viagra and then adjust it for "hours under the influence of Viagra" vs "hours not on Viagra". I bet you can't provide such information because it doesn't exist and throwing out large blanket numbers is meaningless!
