Schroeder's Cat and Mouse.... 1) Schroeder files to sell 1/2 of his UNREGISTERED shares - possibly to a private investor at a good market-up? Daaa - probably not since the small amount of 50,000 shares could be bought at market. <g> \|Form 144. Used to indicate an intent to sell unregistered shares in the open \|market. Important Note: A 144 filer may not be an insider by the SEC's \|definition, and may not have to file a Form 4 if and when the shares are sold. Can anyone access current Form 4's on DIMD? 2) MM's drop price on 144 fear but DIMD price soon rebounds. 3) Last 2 days of market-up action - DIMD has been DEAD - no buyer's (interest?) 4) So the MM's take DIMD down Friday afternoon to FIND support? --------------------------------------------------------------- DIMD is a good range trading stock - don't support it until the MM's drop the price to the lower 5's. then - BUY!
