Disappointing earnings When was that? .31 estimated, .31 made. Oh, I guess it was that earnings only increased 55% for 1998. Oh, I guess you mean disappointing revenues, up only 38% instead of the previous 10 quarters 55% revenue growth. Uh, have you bears been saying that it would be impossible to continue to see revenues grow at 50+% (something with which I am in full agreemnt-theory of large numbers and all that). Or maybe it was that percentage of total pc sales worldwide slipping from 9.8% to 9.4%, gosh you don't suppose channel stuffing by cpq, ibm & hpw had anything to do with that do you? I come to learn also also, which is why I have been asking MB for his figures on MD's sale of shares year over year, since he was making a point that there was some dramatic increase, which there was not. You can check this out for yourself at any on the online stock BB's under insider sales. I use both Schwab and Quicken sites. Look for yourself and maybe you too can ask MB for his references. Good luck.
