I just received my last proxy statement on Friday. Proxy statements were received earlier on stock certificates personally held, than stocks held in street names, that were received several days later.

The Presidents letter was "scheduled" to be mailed out on Friday.
The same mailing schedule may apply here as well.

I have received two and still waiting on one. I also know of a couple of other people that are still waiting for theirs. They should get them no later then next week.
