And those who shorted it at that level happened to be right, at least till now. As for MD sold only a small percentage of his holdings, this is true. But it is also true that this small percentage is the MAXIMUM amount SEC allows insiders to sell in certain period. In other words, MD is selling as fast as he could. Unfortunately, a lot of Dell heads avoid to mention this, or just plain ignorant not knowing this. Best.
