I'm sure I'm incorrectly using terms here, but I'm getting the hang of it slowly.

I believe the warrant has value for 30 days after the "exercise"(?) date of 7-18-99. Does this mean the warrant "expires"(?) a month later on 8-17-99?

>>>I sold half my holdings in XYBR when it went over 5

The lack of MA-IV status info is really frustrating. Good luck on SYBR.

>>>you tender Xybernaut 1 XYBRW plus $9 cash and
>>>in return receive 1.19 shares of XYBR common

Thanks heaps for all the "conversion" info.
