PS. I rambled on so long on that last post I forgot to post the most important tidbit, for the TAers here anyway. Dougr over on the 56 thread is hot on SOF. Seems he doesn't mind me hyping stocks he's already in either; imagine that. At least this time I'm giving him his credit.

At first glance it might look a bit overbought, but Dougr likes 'em that way. If it's already overbought AND demand comes in or continues, there's not much supply left--the makings of the biggest gains.

Yahoo!s a bit out of date. SOF's a newish inut, provides stuff to small and medium sized cable companies that want to provide internet access via their cable. (I like broadband cable internet access <G>) They're also divesting themselves of their non-internet businesses.

The short ratio as of 2/8/99 was 12.13 days, according to Yahoo!. If that's still accurate and SOF manages to move up enough to cause major covering that could be real fun. On the other hand, there's a bunch of folks, probably bean counters, that don't share Dougr's rosy outlook for SOF. After all, like most of the inuts, SOF isn't exactly rolling in profits.
