Gee, Larry, I don't think I've been emotional at all. I simply see things differently than you. In fact, in this case, we are all being forced to speculate on things not seen. Actually, it's not your 'portrayal of the facts,' but your specific selection of one side, and ignoring of the larger picture that is irritating. Also, your basic 'bait and switch' approach, changing to a new attack when a previous one has been rebuffed or disproven. With you, the debate is never over. You are always seeking the next subject to attack on. Give it up, Larry. Beyond that, when you and your cohorts pound the thread on something that's not the primary issue for us investors, yes, I question your motive. The issue is the timing of the purchase orders. 2,4,6,8 weeks, any of those would work. Regarding Carl, I view the dynamics between him and Lev as serving the shareholders. Yes, Carl may have loaned more money, but he may also want cheap warrants as a kicker. Or maybe he wants to keep a fire to the company, to expedite production. But you avoided addressing my main point, which is that his interests are NOT served if he drives the company into a situation where he thinks the floorless conversion may ever become reality. Given the way CC waived the conditions on the first tranche, it would seem that it's more of a means for them to hedge their investment risk, but not something they would ultimately desire to use as a weapon. In fact, the terms severely restrict the way they can dump their shares. Bottom line is, most of us who went to the SM and met the company and discussed the situation came away convinced that they are ready to produce. Contrasted with prior management who delivered words with no evidence to back them up. Lev has been direct and on target this last year, and I am willing to let him do his job unimpeded. I'm glad they hired a director of operations, and expect more hiring announcements soon. And some other surprising announcements. Meanwhile, we simply wait to see these fruits of their labors.
