Hi STKMN99, We are creeping up every day. The weak sisters are selling and the faithful are buying more. The trouble with these small stocks is that there is not always alot of news to keep interest up. I would prefer that we keep an even steady gain up rather than the peaks and valleys that we have seen. The MM's don't have to drag it back down then and maybe we can get up to a 30 PE before the land deal happens. We all know that it will happen. Many people will switch to other stocks that seem hotter, but I think I will just continue to buy when I can and not chance missing the runup that I expect on the land deal. Dave
