Uh oh, whenever the "Wall St. vultures" turn up, then stuff like that may be presented. Till now no vultures appeared. They have work with PDX and others enough..

But the frequent 144er / company buy back "shifting" system outlined in the last post, smells. Insiders of other companies did "outright" preferred convertible deals in the past. This one comes close..., but in disguise.

This Closed-Loop Feedback Non-Insider Shareholder Maximization Control System has been going on for awhile. Back in the summer of 1997, same BS and then there was those mysterious 2000 puts that kept appearing whenever DBCC looked like it was going to make a move. Check posts starting about 500 for more.There is some interesting stuff in retrospect.
