Jeff, I agree. Have owned INTC since March 1995. But I want to take advantage of market swings in short term. Have sold July 125 puts with protective April 100 puts long.

At first MSFT went down due to trial pressures then earnings and fair market and it went straight up.

Only a guess at this point.

I hate the big players. I once asked a Merrill Lynch branch manager why Tom Kurlak seemed to be so short term oriented. He responded by saying the institutions that followed his advice were short term oriented.
