Well spoken. I would still like to know what does Cardinal do if the stock falls below 10?? I won't get an answer from anyone because when one thinks about it, the rumor that the floor on the conv. deb. was placed at 10 is just that, a rumor! The company never said that in their press release. One is probably correct based on a bid of 13 that the conversion would be 10. But I'm telling you folks, their is no such thing as a floor on a convertible other than 0!!! I defy the company to dispute this!! Who would be dumb enough to lay out 6mil. and sit back and hope the stock stays above 10??? That's not the way it works folks!!!

Re: "Maybe the Peeper can come back and fluff everyone up" If The Peepster sees red flags pop up she'll be the first to raise hell, don't mistake her upbeat attitude for fluff. Believe me I know. I took a position in WCTI a couple of days ago after noticing that she is still positive about this company, she is a fanatic about DD. Been reading the thread a little, how and where do you short a BB stock unless you're a MM or live up in Canada? Are there other ways? Always learning. Also I don't think a company has to be reporting for 144s to be filed. I agree about getting the PR going too soon. I also think a lot of people are watching on the sidelines, so I took the liberty of jumping in before they do, maybe a bit early but I hate a last minute rush. I also don't like their beta site, improving that should also translate into a higher price.
