WRONG ARCHIE....LET's EXAMINE. You said: <It is not an example of a balanced report. Prefacing your comment with.. "This is the best BB stock I have come across in the last 5 years and one of the very best in my 20 years of trading....." makes it perjorative and therefore void>

MY ANSWER: you are mistaken on all counts.....here's why

** Wrong, that was not a preface...that was a summary of a conclusion
reached, as I explained. (see new layout below...better?)

** so, when audited financials come out, as they are this month, you will be satisfied and your major negative removed, right?

** re: the suit, there is no downside. They can only gain up to a $4mil settlement, they are not being counter-sued, so they can not lose anything but attorney fees and a minor amount of testifying time. It is a "breach of contract" suit, so the IB firm will have to proof that they earned their 1.4 mil shares.

Here let me re-arrange it for you...better?

PRO's:
** Unique and extremely high demand product
** High End Companies purchasing their product
** Product tested by GM for 1.5 years and selected from among all other competitors. Ford and Nascar, etc, reached the same conclusion.
** Actual Contracts (and we will soon learn more)
** Very High Margins
** (2) Extremely Respected Factories (including Bulova Manufacturing)
producing their product
** Company has fairly regular news coming over the foreseeable future.
** In negotiations with exactly 37 major compnaies at present (from Friday's PR)
** Old Investment Banking firm supposedly dumped 1.4 million shares illegally but they are done (i.e no more shares left to dump and stock held up reasonably well)
(MRPS has brought suit against them...see below...MRPS attornies confident, a breach on total non-performance by old IB firm)

CONS:
** No PR firm to handle increased shareholder interest (coming april?)
** No Audited financials (coming this month)
** Clarification of former IB dumping needed (see note)
NOTE: I would vote for Arbitration as it is quicker and binding (no appeals are allowed, as I understand). REMEMBER that MRPS cannot say all they would like to say publicly as this could legally hurt their case. They will say as much as the attorneys let them say.
Also remember they feel they have a very strong case and their is no downside only upside to the resolution of this matter). An award of up to $4 million dollars (1.4 M shares allegedly illegally dumped by old IB firm x $2.6 stock price at high)
** Patent issue explanation (pending and coming)
** When will big brokerage house take a position?

NEUTRAL:
** about 10 millions shares O/S (some say 11.4) and 4 mil in float
Again, I maintain that this stock is not perfect, but far more positive than negative

CONCLUSION:
This is the best BB stock I have come across in the last 5 years and one of the very best in my 20 years of trading.

******
But that is my opinion....mine counts no more than anyone elses, although I have done more DD than probably 95-99% of you.

Archie,
Re your post 2616, I hope you continue to post on this thread. Whether or not I agree or disagree with your specific comment to Dave, this kind of debate is very healthy to investigating every aspect of MRPS. I believe that the most intense investigation of every aspect of the company is helpful to the longer term investor.
To the day trader this investigation is perhaps irrelevant. As I understand it, the day trader is just looking for momentum, volume, and price movement. Am I correct in this assessment?
