K,

I think the "entry point" subject is a general strategy that coupled withthe proper supporting evidence is just that - a strategy.

We all naturally feel that AGISS has been poorly managed, business plans have not been executed and that PR/Hype has been spun to get the most out of a (very) little action. For example:

Dear Threaders

AGISS Announces Major I.T. Outsourcing Win

Multi-year Project Could be Worth Several Million Dollars

When the "real news" came out, the 1-year contract was worth less than $263,00US and it was renewable only by election of the client. In part "The initial phase is worth approximately $400,000 CDN, but the assignment could be worth as much as $1.5 million per year for four years, for a total value of up to $6 million. The work starts immediately."

Well, if you ask me, that's what I call "spinning"...

IMO, the dumpers are ex-employees. Here's a partial PR announcing the change in directors:

Company Press Release

SOURCE: AGISS Corporation

AGISS Appoints New CEO

OTTAWA, Ontario, Aug. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- AGISS
Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: AGCR - news) announces the following appointments. Robert Sowah to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Sowah was previously with Digital Equipment Corporation and Avnet Computer. Also, the appointment of Anicet Blais to President of AGISS Corporation. Mr. Blais was previously with Ameridata Canada.

In addition, the company announces the following Board of Director changes as of August 11, 1998. Ray Hession will become the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Hession was previously the Deputy Minister of the Canadian Federal Government Departments of Supply and Services and Regional Industrial Expansion and President and CEO of Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation. Also announced were the resignation of Dr. Mariusz Rybak as Chairman of the Board and CEO, and the resignation of Francois Hubert as Board member.

The New Board of Directors of AGISS is comprised of Robert Sowah, Anicet Blais, Raymond Hession and Andy Rybak.

So, it seems to me that at least two of our dumpers could be ex-directors, Dr. Mariusz Rybak (Former Chairman/CEO) and Francois Hubert. I have also heard on this thread that a poster to this board is dumping as well to fund an IPO. If that is not true, then please let the poster state such. Might as well...better than getting chewed out on this board.

Criticaly, the "resignation" of Rybak was huge. I am sure he's dumping the hell out his holdings as of March 1st. You should all note that another Rybak still sits on the board. Mike, is this a blood relative of AGISS's ex-Chairman/CEO? More importantly, why would the CEO/Chairman "resign" if the Y2K biz was penciled to come in? (red flag)

Another (red flag) might be that Rybak resigns and four days later AGISS announces the entry into BIO:

OTTAWA, Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- AGISS Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: AGCR - news) announces today the formation of Biochemical Computing Incorporated, a wholly owned subsidiary of AGISS Corporation. Biochemical Computing is a software research and development company, focusing on a product that analyzes the toxicological hazards of drugs or chemicals on living organisms.

This is a sudden and contrasting departure from Y2K. I know the need to diversify is apparent, but since the "core" competency is Y2K, and, by the way, of which they have't any contracfts to date, why BIO now?
IMO, this is why Rybak left - a disagreement in business planning and execution.

Well, despite all the BS and relared, I still think one of two things will happen within 30 days:

(1) AGISS will be bought out or an announcement relating to such,

(2) Some more officers and management will leave.

Perhaps AGISS will eventually recover and they will pick up honest-to-goodness Y2K contracts from the CDA gov't ( or, remotely, from the US via their Washington "office").

IHO, they screwed up by going BIO without having the base of business in their core, Y2K. Let's see what happens.
