Daniel, I have watched NCTI for over a year and a half. . . Love their noise cancellation technology. . .airlines . . .factories, etc. I have heard their radio ads about their headphones. . . and have read accounts of those that visited the company. . . I followed the thread for nearly 6 months. I watched as many over the years, saw it as the great little company it was. Then it would get picked or have fantastic news. . .and it would run from say 1.25 to 1.50 before tiring and falling back. Why? Because of that ridiculous float. LOTS of people own tons of NCTI above a buck or two, but even though volume may look enticing. . .when you compare it to the float available. . .the percentage of float traded on average daily is still very very small. The only thing that will ever save this company from going the way of LTGL is a great big reverse split. 1 for 100 would put them at 1.2 million shares where they need to be. . . of course all those that really love the company would suddenly hate them . . .but I think it is inevitable. I can't imagine them buying back their shares, so an RS is more likely, IMO. They do have some great products. . and have even cut some serious deals with big companies. . .but what good is it if it doesn't move the price, due to the float size? If anything, I could see them as a good takeover target. . .a position play. . .a good one for that matter, they do have great technology. But that could take months or years before they get taken over, if ever. I just don't see it making a good momentum play until after an RS. But I must say this. . . at least this is not a scam company or a Canadian penny or similar. . .it is a real company, with great products and a chance of making it in the real world someday. . . so there is satisfaction in knowing that. Hope that helps put things in perspective for you some and best wishes always. Rande Is
