restart your engine....

had the same problem....but rebooting...after the upgrade...handled it...

Those who have "codec not found" message after installing the free G2 Real Video player need to go to the Real Video help menu and click on check for upgrade while online. You will get a menu with a bunch of individual items (plugins, codecs, etc.) that can be automatically updated. Put a checkmark in all the boxes and click on OK. That fixes the problem.
