KHS,

I paid $5.00 today to get an S&P Stock Report on Vivus dated March 4th.

Looking at some of the tables/graphs of the high/low prices of Vivus in 1994, 1995 and 1996 gave me a good laugh.

Vivus traded above 20 before they even knew if they would get MUSE FDA approved. It traded above 15 as early as 1995 and the company didn't sell a single unit of MUSE until 1997.

Now here we are 2 years later and we know that we have a proven safe and effective non-needle treatment for ED and the stock is treated like it has the plague.

PS A friend of mine recently had a long conversation with the new CFO. He seems to be a shrewd guy and really believes he can turn things around for Vivus in more ways than one. I hate the share price but I believe your mention of 1997 stock prices is not too far fetched. Don't forget that gap down from 21 to 15--it bothers the best of technicians and still needs to be filled.
