Fatt Matt, thanks for the comments and financials...

The more I learn the more I really get to like this company and can see great intelligence at work in the management team. The Business Plan is excellent and the Website outstanding (sorry if I have become biased in the process).

As a result I am going to buy more shares and make this Company a core holding in my portfolio with the likes of WCAP, SFLK, INNI and SNMM. IMO, as I have already discussed, I expect at least 30 cents/share earnings for the year ending June 99, with a stock value of about $9.00 then.

From memory, they say on their Web site that they have already bought back some 165,000 shares at an average price of some $1.65. I doubt that they would foster a lower share price for the sake of acquiring more shares cheaply.

The current price is an over reaction from the rapid rise of the last few days. Now that investors can sample the quality of the Web site, I fully expect the price to turn sharply around on Monday, hopefully not before I can load up another few thousands.
What is your valuation around June 99, and how do you calculate it??

Regards, F. Goelo + + +
