Joan, Thanks for reminding me of fireflies. My brothers and I often would wait for the summer's sun to go down so we could catch the little rascals . I don't know why we stuck the poor bugs in a jar, I think we were building a better light bulb or something. Anyway we would make them "do time" in "The Big Jar" and then release them.
Years later when I was doing a pre-med Biology major I found out why they light up. Sex. Now I'm not sure if one light is a yes and two is a no but it is something like that.
Believe it or not we humans have a similar behavior that was displayed by Monica and President Clinton, aka Bubba. In this case the female flashes her panties at the male and then they do something but unlike the fireflies, it is not sex. Yeah, right. BLUE

All dot com pals, Last night I added a great breast cancer link to my profile. This morning the site is down, it may be overloaded (I hope, I hope) but for now it is down. So if you try to get in and can't, try later but keep trying until you get in.
Sites:
www.breastcancerinfo.com
www.raceforthecure.com
Some of us are fighting a war and we need more people to help us win this war. Join us, run, walk, bike, give money, do anything but do something for the cure.
One in nine women will get breast cancer at some time during their life. And don't believe the odds either when it comes to age. MRS. BLUE was 39 when she found her grade 9 breast cancer.
I submit that throughout history ANYTHING man has dreamed he can do, he has done. Space travel was once laughed at. We can kill cancer, that is my dream and millions of other people's dream.
Please join a "Race for the Cure" in your area, www.raceforthecure.com or come to Denver on Oct.3rd and run (or walk) a 5K with MRS. BLUE and I. BLUE
