Hi jay, A few words of advise: Don't buy Vivus right at or near the open. Watch to see what the market makers do with the stock in the morning. They have conistantly opened it down a tiny every morning for the past 3 or 4 trading days. If it trades as it has with little or no volume then just wait until towards the end of the day unless it looks like it is going to run up. I don't really know any more what the hell they will do with the stock. All we need is a handful of institutional investors to accumulate a position of 100k or so to get back over 3 at this point. There have been no serious buyers since the Germany announcement and they have dropped the price on virtually no volume over the past 3 or 4 trading days.
