TO ALL re: VSI bankruptcy-ITS GREAT!

I apologize for being repetitive, but I feel that positive feedback on the news must be repeated on the thread, in order to avert any possible selloff by new investors or investors that see the news as negative. THIS NEWS IS POSITIVE!

Its good business. By filing chapter 7, TSIG.com avoids any liabilities of VSI. Chapter 7 bankruptcy is liquidation. That means liabilities are scratched and TSIG.com does not have to pay a dime to creditors of VSI. If they just quietly closed the VSI doors, they would be stuck with the liabilities. The BR filing is consistent with the company's new "out with the old, in with the new" philosophy and business plan.

If you are tempted to sell on this news, I thank you. I will be able to grab more cheap shares. But I would rather not. Please read up on the BR law, if possible, before you make any rash decisions. You will regret selling on this news.

Regards,
