John, as an EE, you sound like a pretty smart guy, but how can you say this?

WAST is @.22 ask it has been at .09 bid and it seems I remember it has been at .03

That's a big percentage RISK! Throw in there the possibility of a RS, or some other last ditch effort, and you have TONS of RISK.

If there truly was little risk, don't you think the share price would be going up, and not down.

WAST = risk-- it has always been a pure speculation play.

Maximum_Gain, I do see a buying opp. soon, however to say it is little risk is ridiculous.
