Wow. That does it. I offer an olive branch to this character and this is the response I get? Anthony, you are insane. I have been served with no subpoena, but you waste my time and I can assure you that I will send each and every one of your false posts on this site to the SEC for further action. Furthermore, if you even attempt to threaten (as you have done in the past) or defame me in any way on this site, or anywhere else, I can assure you I will pursue damages, both civil and criminal, to the fullest extent of the law. What a shame that your astounding arrogance would take you this far. I extended a true olive branch to you, and you take it as weakness. My, but you are quite a sad individual in my opinion. Everyone here who trusts this man known as Anthony@Pacific, I would advise you to refer to the SKYM thread here on SI December 24-28, 1998, and the IMON thread in January, to see exactly how this situation has arisen, and what kind of character you are dealing with. Unfortunately for you, Anthony, none of those posts will disappear. I made one final effort to make you see reason, and you responded with utterly complete brazen arrogance. It is appalling, and I will no longer allow this to continue. YOU, my friend, will find yourself hauled in court very soon, I can assure you. In my opinion, people such as yourself are a blight on honest traders. Anyone here who disputes my opinions, that is your right. I wont settle for any less, and considering where this could have led to..I think its the bare minimum you could do..and I think Im being very generous... I can assure you one thing TokyoJoe, isnt going to be able to get out of court< I have ordered my Attorneys have been ordered to refuse any and all offers of dialougue about settlements.... No, Anthony, I am not a "regular guy." I happen to have the will and the means to fight the likes of you. Your astoundingly brazen arrogance has pushed you right over the cliff, my friend, into quite an irresponsible pursuit. Not everyone you attack is a small-time, part-time trader. It was very foolish of you to assume that I was. Now you will learn that there are day traders on this site and elsewhere that will not stand for the kind of behavior you have displayed here. Through every legal means at my disposal, I will proceed. Good day.
