If i were looking for na investment with an almost sure certainty to return 30% or more at least within the next forty five days, at the most, navr would be a great candidate. It has slid down to a point where upside potential is far greater than downside potential. And no one can ignore the fact of how well internet ipo's have done, particularly those tied into e-commerce and media.

Bob, where did you hear NAVR was trying to wrangle the stock symbols away from New Tripoli Bank? I can't imagine them (or any company) changing their stock symbols because someone else wants them:
