Mr. C;

Ok, they sell but the stock keeps rising. These transactions mean next to nothing in terms of evaluation. I think you know that. Look at the officer's remaining holdings.

Interesting, but seems to prove my point, which if you recall, began with MB's rantings about massive insider selling THIS YEAR. My question to him concerned his figures detailing sales and planned sales for 1999 vs. 1998. I did spend some time totalling up the 1998 figures vs. 1999 and I'm afraid you have made my point. Do the math, 1999 sales are on a pace to trail 1998 sales, of course it's always possible that later in 1999 this rate will accelerate, but that is speculation. Thanks again for making my point! Now if only MB would come out from behind his smokescreen and address the issue using facts, we might actually learn something from each other! Good Luck!

dell insider seller....hmmmm...

if you have ever been a major shareholder in a corporation that you've started and run, you will learn that it is prudent and at times beneficial to "take some money off the table"...to reward yourself for the blood,sweat and tears that the company took from you to establish the success...it does not always mean trouble in paradise..look at the fundamentals,,,inside selling not a problem in dell...best regards, ed a.
