Your analysis is generally consistent with my own view and is therefore obviously very reasonable <g>. FWIW my model allows a higher valuation based on the potential of triple digit growth rates, and the possible impact of Sector related valuations, but the point is the same. Using the assumptions of the FC industry AXE [emf] one can make a case to hold/ buy the stock based on reasonable share and valuation factors, in context of the known competition [unknown competition may be another matter]. My conclusion is its worth the risk and volatility for me to continue to hold the stock. That is IF the Fibre Channel industry doesn't drop the ball and resolves their interop/ standards problems in a timely fashion AND Ancor can negotiate their way through the electro-political minefields.
