Anna, You are in a unique situation to most because of the broker you use. But I have no problem sticking it to a company on the other end of the computer. That's what laws are for -- procedure over justice. Besides that, the laws are there to protect we "stupid," "unsophisticated" investors from ourselves. Our brokers are, in theory, there to make sure we do not get screwed by companies who do not meet the basic requirements to be registered in certain States. Just because your guy tells you not to buy, if he broke a law, does not relieve him of his responsibility to look deeper and make sure HE was not doing something illegal aside from allowing you to do something stupid. Brokers are well paid to do very little in most cases -- if they cannot take a few minutes to do a little research when you call and tell them you want to buy an odd little stock -- that is their lack of responsibility and professionalism. I really do not care about EUTO too much. I have not owned any common for months and I made plenty off of this stock. Everyone knew when I got out of it because I posted it very clearly right here in this forum. But there is another one...
