You might be surprised how often this is actually done! The good thing about paintings is that they can always be 'designed' as the customers wish. One time I actually had a lady send a painting back to me...saying that she had lost weight since she had sent me the photo...and requesting that I 'slim down' the waist a little.

Also, a few years ago I painted Kirby Puckett(Minnesota Twins) hitting his game winning home run in the world series. I was able to enlarge the ball so that it was visible sailing(boating term...LoL) out towards the upper deck. As far as I know this one is still hanging in his home in Edina, Mn.
