Hi Donna,

Try nasdaq.com - I believe they had a page or two on the upcoming requirements and/or discussions re: same. Search "NASD" also.

If not there, use your search engines and search (in English) for a string like "nasdaq fully reporting listing requirements rules"... or parts thereof.

Please FedEx "sammidge",....Dennis, Joey and I are starved...!

John :-)

Donna,

As i was lurking around this thread, I read your comment and thought I might add my two cents worth. First, the "fully reporting issue" is a matter of filing a Form 10 with the SEC which includes among other things the financial position of the company. This form is far more complicated that one might think as it involves much more than the audited financial statement. To be fully reporting then, a company must complete this form and file it with the SEC and transmit it electronically so that EDGAR accepts its content. That be done, the company would be fully reporting.

As to a company being a listed company with the NASD, this is a separate issue which involves (as another poster has mentioned) amongst other things a sustained stock valuation over a period of time, a net value, and several MM's on the stock. A full list of qualifications for a small cap/national listing are covered on the home page of the NASD.

I know this is very brief, but I hope it helps.

Warm Regards,

Chief

PS -> jmhollen what's up here ?? Are we going to move soon ?????
