WEN: I remember many many years ago when WEN was sell around 11 the rumor was that Dave Thomas had turned down a $20 per share offer for WEN from PEP. Dave Thomas who learned the restaurant franchise business from his father figure KFC's Colonel Sanders turned down the PEP offer as being too cheap because WEN was worth more than $20 per share. In fact he said that WEN would soon be selling for above $20 per share. He was right soon after WEN was back above $20.

Gee wouldn't WEN and Dave Thomas still be a good deal for YUM?
