Don't forget Benchmark. They still own a ton and, I don't think they've been sellers but, I could be wrong.
Ps
The reason I am not betting this one down is because of the very small float. There's so little shares in the float you could put them all in a timble and, you can trust me on that.

The eBay lockup ended in late January, so I think the float is much larger now. I don't think there is near-enough supply, though.

Most don't realize it, but eBay is closely-approaching Amazon's market cap. I wouldn't be surprised if eBay passes Amazon from time to time. The eBay model and business momentum is simply astounding.

Before someone tells me to cut the hype and put my money where my mouth is, eBay is my biggest position.
