I think most the folks on the BK and MDA threads use a similar trading style. Just keep in mind, that some of them are trading the indexes, so their "expectations" of market direction are as important to them as what we "expect" is going to happen to ABC stock.

In addition, I'm sure that your trading style differs dramatically based on whether you believe the market conditions are generally bullish or bearish. It's tough for the salmon to swim upstream, particularly when they put that dam in the way. So, to some extent we all need to have a feel for the direction of the market during the course of the trade we are about to initiate.
