Look at it like this. IF CSMA does a merger with Velex (or whatever their name is) then there WILL BE A Reverse Split!!! No getting around it, and no stopping it. So mark in down! CSMA has given away EVERYTHING!!! IT IS A SHELL!!! Hold out whatever hope you want, that's the facts! Count your CSMA shares as loss for at least the next 6 mos to a year. Ad-hatters & Envirotec will be trading whenever they get their audited financials done and there's a MM who will file to start trading them. It may be a year. So make your choice. Wait, contact the company, contact the SEC, get your spin-off shares in paper form and sell them. Other choices? Happy investing! KZAP
