Luddick, et al: HERE IS THE PRESS RELEASE....when in doubt let's pull out the actual wording and facts. I'm afraid a couple of you are getting yours "facts" a little skewed.

What was said is that MRPS's unit is fifth GENERATION. When I spoke to Miles he said that the CTRL device was a copy (through reverse engineering) of MRPS's FIRST generation device of several years ago. Obviously it is not "competition". However if anyone is worried about that maybe you could track it down and see it CTRL's device was ever tested by GM, FORD, NASCAR, etc. I assume it was and was rejected.
If it was NOT tested by them, then nobody took the CRTL device seriously anyway

OK...........HERE IS A PORTION OF THE PRESS RELEASE
*****

"In addition to previously announced contracts, Microphonics is in negotiations with thirty-seven(37) major companies worldwide.

>>> Microphonics believes that units produced by its competitors including CTRL, do not produce the quality of the results of our current units, which have gone through five(5) generation changes.

In 1998, Microphonics issued approximately 1.4 million shares to an investment banking firm in connection with raising funds for the
company. The company does not believe the firm performed its obligations and an NASD arbitration proceeding is pending. Legal
action is also being pursued by Microphonics. The company believes all of theses shares have been sold.

Microphonics is in the midst of sustained growth that, we believe, will culminate into an extended period of profitability well into the
next decade."

OK I reread the press release, now I have some questions.

1) MRPS OWNS THE NAME UTLRAPHONICS tm. CTRL calls their's the Ultraphonic tm. One of the companies is violating the Trade Mark Laws. You can't trademark "Big Macs" or "Fillet-o-fishs". Big McDonalds would own you in seconds. Why can CTRL call their unit the exact same name as MRPS??? Why do the units look EXACTLY the same???

2) Why can CTRL call their unit the exact same name as MRPS (101 vs 111)??? Why do the units look EXACTLY the same??? Boy it sure sounds fishy to me.

Either someone has stolen the Technology, design, and Trade Name of MRPS, or Visa Versa.

Lets have Dave Gore Call MRPS Skip Myles and talk to Jimmy directly to get this straightened out.

Thanks for setting me straight on the PR.

Brian
