INVESTORS: Does everyone understand the significance of **GM** giving them a BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER?

Since no one has brought up so I will. It's one of those little things that convinced me to buy. As a former buyer, I spotted it right away as a big positive.

FOLLOW THIS TRAIN OF THOUGHT:

We know GM tested their product (and presumably all others) for a very long period of time (about 1.5 years)

We know GM (and Ford and NASCAR and others) all approved the MRPS product

We know that the first GM plant ordered 40 units for every single department.

AND...we know that GM issued Microphonics an "Open Purchase Order" for ALL, I repeat ALL, the GM plants in the country.

OK, HERE IS WHAT THAT MEANS:
____________________________

** GM approves of the product so much that they have been given blanket approval for any or all of the plants to order the MRPS without having to get a separate purchase order approved from the Parent Company or from their own plant's Purchasing Dept.

In other words, when a vendor KNOWS that they will be ordering a lot from a particular supplier for generally a long time they will issue a "blanket P.O." This will save nightmarish paperwork and layers of additonal work and countless P.O. Numbers and Requisitions all over GM.

** ONE P.O. NUMBER for all orders from anywhere in the company.

............just one of the little things that to me spoke volumes.

PS--- Does anyone doubt that it will get easier and easier to sell their product to future buyers? I mean with GM, FORD, NASCAR all on board?
