The obvious question is, "Who told you?" I'm not interested in their name, but in their connection to the company.

Stock Plan Approved in April 1998

Bert, there was a shareholder approval on adding more shares to the employee stock plan last year. It was approved on April 21, 1998. Here is what was voted upon:

5. To consider the following Ordinary Resolution: "THAT the Company's 1995
Employee Share Purchase Plan be amended so that the reference to "two hundred
seventy-five thousand (275,000) of the Company's ordinary shares" in Section 1
thereof be substituted by a reference to "five hundred twenty-five thousand
(525,000) of the Company's ordinary shares."

It would seem that to do another amendment, it would need to be given to the shareholders for voting.
