No disputing that CSMA is an empty shell.

My concern is the subs. What happens if:

1. Enviro never takes Class V waste, the leadership gives up and sells the facility (what ever is there) before the stock becomes unrestricted. Do they get all the sale money? No one seems to be asking/telling the shareholder anything regarding go forward plans.
2. Same for Adhat. This time a profitable business maybe. Leadership say's look! A buyer for the company, lets sell. Who gets the cash? Who makes the decision? Can they just take they money and go home? Will they ask us for our opinion on anything?

If they can sell ERHC with out asking/telling, why can't they do number 1 or number 2 above? I pose the question because I have no answer and that worries me.

regards,
iknowlarry

Kent--
CSMA still has an interest in that gas well in Oklahoma...it is also working on the Veltrex deal, whatever that may be worth.

I will remind you that the company's name is Coconino Sales, Mergers and Acquisitions. Mr. Elrod did great getting Envirotech (I still think that one is going to fly) and AdHatters under the CSMA roof. HK messed up with the SeaSoil move and the crippled shell he selected for CSMA.

I make that 50-50. Still better than a lot of CEO's I see out there, and this is not a Fortune 500 company, anyway.

Silence? If I were threatened with legal action at every turn, I doubt I'd have much to say, either. Lawyers are very good at twisting words. Ever see Tom Horne ?

Holding long. I am a young man, and I will see this one through.
