I has occurred to me that perhaps this has now become a “shell company” with a Bulletin Board Listing. My company, Canadian Bolivian Resources Ltd., has been looking for a way to “go public” in the United States. We have some equipment and gold mining concessions in Bolivia and need a way to raise money to put a property into production. Would the shareholders support the idea of our companies exploring a merger between WAMC and CBR?
