How can you be sure unless you have access to such information?

I guess we will find out how good his access to info is over the next few weeks. Personally I don't mind a few "behind the scenes peeks" when the company itself is unwilling or unable to communicate with its new shareholders.

In an ideal world, CEO's of public companies would follow the example of Keith Anderson CEO of CVIA and communicate openly with investors.

I think you will find that if you call a company and talk with them they will give you the info you seek. Many times information is available but not diseminated by the media As a case in point look at ALYD. They recd a 20million dollar order from Geneva but Dow Jones never reported it.
