Joan, Check your e-mail there is a card for your daughter. Joan you really have me thinking about this lights thing now. Some neighbors of mine have a large elk rack over the entrance gate to their ranch. The rack is covered with small white Christmas lights, which they leave up year round. For years I've been think they were just really lazy, now I'm thinking they are really horny.
I just got back from a long hike up the mountain with my Wife and the Yellow Dogs. What a beautiful day. Mt.Evans was snow covered as was Rocky Mountain National Park, miles away to the north. What a day but it looks like to the west and up in Wyoming some snow clouds may be forming. Believe it or not March is the month that it snows the most in Colorado. Time to plan a trip to the islands or Mexico. BLUE

BLUE'S TEN INTERNET STOCKS TO WATCH FOR 1999

AMZN
ATHM (XCIT)
CMGI
CNET
CPQ (ALTA VISTA)
DCLK
EBAY
GNET
NSOL
YHOO

Please note AOL did not make this list. I've posted my concerns about AOL before and at this time I still call it an AVOID. A stock I would not buy at this time.
Besides any company that would insult GNET like AOL does by not listing GNET as an internet company is not making wise business decisions for its users.
Compare a chart for the past 100 days for AOL and GNET. I rest my case.

Disclaimer: I own CNET, CPQ, DCLK and GNET at this time. I bought DCLK and CNET last week, CPQ is a long term hold (I hold paper) and GNET, well I've owned GNET since the first time I researched the company, not long after it first came public. It has given me many gifts. I own a mountain of GNET (in more ways than one). I own no AOL stock at this time, I'm not short on it, I just AVOID it.
909ers to all my pals, BLUE

Good morning! I would not trust the futures this morning to give you an idea where the market will go. We could see it open lower but then tech stocks kick it in gear. I can't ask the Yellow Dogs as once they are fed at 6AM, all they do is sleep. They make their calls at night most of the time.
Pre-market observations: CNET split 2:1 last night. In early trading it was UP 6 @ 110. GNET which split last week, was UP 1. I know GNET is a player now. It now trades on some mornings, more shares in pre-market trading than it traded in a whole day last year at this time. Another thought on GNET. GNET was on every list of lnternet stocks to watch for 1999 posted on this board. Also it is on Mark Harmon's list (www.internetnews.com).
LCOS is UP strong, 9 points or so. A CMGI board member quit the LCOS board so the deal may now go through.
MSFT is very busy.
Got to go. Good trading, wack em, smack em and BILLY JACK em. BLUE
