Dave,

When I spoke with Myles last week I specifically asked him about CTRL and he immediately replied "we don't have to worry about them anymore" "that's being taken care of". I did not press him but I did say the CTRL issue should be addressed to investors at some point...Now, Dave I know you talk to Myles quite often...I'm sure you have raised this issue...if so, what has Myles said to you???
