Joe:

The two ultrasonic/s units are IDENTICAL. they both are the same size, have the same number of rods, have the same two boxes and headset. This in and of itself is a violation of Trade Mark law. Not to mention the identical names..adding an "s" at the end won't satisfy any Court or Judge, They will find that the trademark of one or the other has been violated.

I would like to know directly from the company just what's going on between these two competitors. If MRPS won't fight for the exclusiveness of their product, then how are they going to "corner" the market.

Joe-MA,
in your 2671, you responded about the Signature sound methodology as being the patent that MRPS has. I haven't read posts this morning but it still may be a very valid question unless someone has clarified this already.
