Dave, glad you got it working. I love my Logitech wheel
mouse (actually, a trackball with
wheel that doubles as a middle button). The option that sends
a windows WM_SCROLL message will do a vertical scroll in any
app that has a scroll bar, or nearly at least. Now I can't
stand to be away from it.

One note: It sends the message to the window the mouse is
positioned over because that's the window that owns mouse
clicks, which is what normally initiates a scroll message.
This can cause a window behind the one with the focus to
jump to the front when you scroll if you've inadvertently
positioned the mouse over it when you turn the wheel. This
had me cussing for a while till I figured out what was going
on.
