I'll vote before the mtg. My answer will depend on where the OSX is before the vote. Ultimately, I think we will be making a new low. It just depends on where the next down wave starts from. If OSX peaks out now and wobbles sideways, I'll probably say "additional cuts" since the current rally 'needs' to rise towards Nov highs first. If, however, the rally gets there before Mar 23, I;ll probably say "no cuts"--How about that for sitting on the fence at the moment.

Mike, IMO No cuts. Iran and Venzuela are all talk and will not agree to making the additional cuts. Even if they did agree to cuts no one will believe it until they show they can conform to previously agreed to cuts. Sarge called the runnup going into March 23rd correctly and I believe the selloff due to no cuts has a very high probability. Currently 100% in cash waiting for a dip in SLB to 50-52 level before I start buying. DavidG
