Hi, Kent-- I don't recall you every laying any facts on the table, friend. You _did_ get mad when Mike Millis cursed you out on the phone (understandable) and even madder when you dumped your large holdings in CSMA for a huge loss (even more understandable). Now you drop hints and innuendo, much more skillfully than our thoughtful buddy Paul D., but with the same effect on me: Zilch. You stay here to trash the company that lost you a bunch of money...fine. But your agenda is clear, and your credibility shot. I can't say the company is giving much to cheer about right now, but I would rather support HK than try to pull him down now. Cheers! Rick
